Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Clevind (“we”, “us”) collects through clevind.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the website and its sign-up forms. It is written to meet Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and similar laws such as the EU GDPR.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type or select:

• What you manufacture, your industry, the markets and buyer types you want, whether you export today, and your company’s revenue range.
• Your name, role, company, work email, and phone or WhatsApp number, plus how and when you prefer to be contacted.

We also record basic technical details with each request: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), your browser’s time zone and language, your approximate country and city based on your IP address, and your browser type. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to your request: to find your 10 free qualified buyers, or to book your intro call.
• To contact you about that request by email, phone, WhatsApp or LINE.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us, in aggregate.

Our legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We never sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run this site, under contracts that require them to protect it: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (secure database, hosted in Singapore) and Resend (email delivery to our team). Your data may be processed outside Thailand by these providers, with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. We do not sell personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front, but you can still ask us to stop contacting you. Email max@clevind.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Thailand, the PDPC).

Security

Form data is sent over HTTPS and stored in a database that is not publicly readable. Access is limited to the Clevind team.

Website terms

The content on clevind.com is for general information. Client results shown on the site are real outcomes for specific clients and are not a guarantee of future results. The free 10-customers offer is for manufacturers and is subject to our review of fit. By using this site you agree not to misuse its forms or attempt to disrupt the service.

Sending policy

When Clevind contacts buyers on behalf of a client, we:

• Contact businesses about products relevant to their work, using business contact details.
• Identify who we are and who we represent, and keep messages honest about the offer.
• Honour every opt-out request immediately and permanently.
• Never send from a client’s main domain, so their existing customer relationships stay protected.
• Follow applicable anti-spam and data protection rules in each market we contact.
